We own three units, including a φ2000 model from OM Manufacturing, known for its high precision and high rigidity.
Our company performs machining using medium to large turning (vertical lathes). Turning (vertical lathes) is a type of lathe where the main spindle descends vertically onto the workpiece set on the table. Therefore, it is used for turning workpieces that are large in diameter relative to their length, mainly rings and disc-shaped items. The sizes range from φ500 to φ2000, and thanks to our outstanding technology, we achieve precision in the hundredths and thicknesses of about 5 millimeters. We accommodate various material needs, including iron, cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. Examples of our machining include large bearing inner and outer rings, tables for injection molding machines, casings for press machines, and housings for large vertical machining.
